BEGINNERS YOGA – 4 Week Course

BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE – 11th of March to 1st of April

During this 4 week Beginners Yoga Course, Leah will take students through the foundational poses and principals of Hatha Yoga.  Leah’s precise and easy to follow instructions, helps students feel at ease and comfortable in the bodies they are born with.  So don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or aren’t flexible enough, it’s not a prerequisite to do Yoga. And some people will never be able to touch their toes if their skeletal structure doesn’t allow it, so it’s all good news.
